Thankful Thursday

1. I am thankful for not busy days.
2. I am thankful for a great custodian who does everything I ask for!
3. I am thankful most of my grading pile is done.
4. I am thankful for scantron tests!
5. I am thankful for good observation results- My VP observed me the other day and he saw something totally different than what I saw. :-)
6. I am thankful for old friends.
7. I am thankful for kleenex. They are so soft!
8. I am thankful for my little men... they are such a joy to watch. Sooooo much fun!
9. I am thankful for time to read. The break from reality is always nice.
10. I am thankful for the reminder... Sam! :-)

Ha, Ha!!! I remembered! Thankful THURSDAY!!

1. I am thankful for a husband who is such a great dad. He really is the best dad ever!
2. I am thankful for people who just stop in to say hi.
3. I am thankful for students who are responsible enough to send e-mails when they are home sick because they don't want to fall behind.
4. I am thankful for country radio.
5. I am thankful for the men and women who defend the USA.
6. I am thankful for Ty. He does the dishes everyday! I love it!
7. I am thankful for the quality of students I have. They get on my nerves sometimes, but they really are good kids. Smart kids. Courteous kids.
8. I am thankful for suprise dates with Kurt! Yesterday was nice! Thanks!
9. I am thankful for a good heater in my car.
10. I am thankful that I haven't lost my voice yet, even though I have a cold! Yea for me!

Switching Thankfuls to Fridays...

So I can't seem to remember to do my thankfuls on Thursday. Here we go for Friday.
1. I am thankful for a soft comfy bed.
2. I am thankful for people who aren't stupid.
3. I am thankful for having fun food to eat when I am hungry.
4. I am thankful for a great custodian.
5. I am thankful for people who clean up after themselves.
6. I am thankful for the pictures I have up everywhere. They make me smile.
7. I am thankful for my new mantle. See pics below.
8. I am thankful for my cell phone. I am really dependent on it.
9. I am thankful for students who study.
10. I am thankful it's Friday. With P/T confreneces this week, it has been a really long week!

Halloween

We had so much fun for Halloween this year. The meinhardts came down to party with us and it was really fun to have the boys together. The family Halloween party was really fun. There were some great costumes. Kurt was a ghost. Grandma and Grandpa Spor were Death Eaters from Harry Potter. Lisa was a ghost and Jason was her ghost buster. Drew and Little Jason were transformers. Matt was Scooby Doo. Halie was a gangster. And the best costume was Ty. He was Kurt. It was hilarious!! The other pics in the the collage are from the carnival we went to. We had a great time!

Thankful Friday... Yet Again

Man, I suck at getting the thankfuls in on the right day!!
1. I am thankful Drew is such a good big brother. See post from earlier.
2. I am thankful for administrators who do a great job.
3. I am thankful for pizza with flavored crust!
4. I am thankful for students who aren't afraid to make fools of themselves. we have had some awesome costumes this week.
5. I am thankful for videos. Educational videos that are okay to show in class.
6. I am thankful for comfortable shoes.
7. I am thankful for family coming to town!
8. I am thankful for a husband and nephew who have been helping me clean the house!
9. I am thankful for cars that start. Matt keeps playing in my car, so the battery has been dead several times in the past few weeks.
10. I am thankful for my boys. All of them!
